Firstly, welcome to the RSA Course Online elearning course!  The course you will be completing will provide you with the competency: “SITHFABOO9A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol” which forms part of the SIT07 nationally recognised Hospitality Training Package.

You will be able to complete the course fully online, and once you have successfully completed the assessments, you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion(Certificate) and print it out on your colour printer.

All you require is a computer with speakers or a headset, and an ADSL or cable internet connection, plus a printer so you can print out the Certificate. (Internet Cafe’s are not recommeded, because often the computers have extremely tight firewall settings which can impair the functionality of our elearning multi media course)

You do not have to complete this course in one sitting. Provided you complete the course module by module, the online software will remember where you are up to and so you can complete the course in several sittings.

You will be required to complete an assessment at the end of each Element – you simply need to choose one answer which you believe is the best one for that question. You will need to get all the questions correct, in order to pass the course. That is 100%. Don’t worry if you fail becasue you can go back and do the assessment as many times as you need to in order to pass, at no extra cost.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you live in Tasmania or NSW this course is NOT VALID for you.  Also if you live in Victoria, there are some extra requirements.  We STRONGLY recommend you read about whether this course is valid for you in your State of Australia.  If you live overseas and are intending to work in hospitality in any state of Australia other than Tasmania or NSW you will be fine to complete the course online.

To start the course, click on the Start Course Now button below. You will be taken to a new page. On that page click on the Create New Account button and fill out the Registration Form.

(If you have a “Redemption code” given to you from your company, please enter the redemption code in the field which says “If you have a Redemption Code supplied by a company please insert it here.”)

If you are paying for the course yourself with a credit card, you just leave the Redemption code blank.

You will be required to click a tick-box at the bottom left of the registration form. Please read the Declaration and understand the legal consequences if you agree to a false Declaration. Once you have filled in the registation form and ticked the Agree box, click on the Submit button and follow the prompts to complete payment for the course (Our secure merchant account provider Westpac accepts only Visa and Mastercard).
