Congratulations! You’re on your way to completing your Online NSW RSA Course!

This course provides the required NSW specific RSA content fully approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW so you will be completely up to date on the NSW specific laws and requirements relating to responsible service of alcohol. This course is recognised in NSW and for those who enrolled on or after 01 July 18, it also results in a statement of attainment for SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol. This statement of attainment allows you to work in a licensed premises in other states or territories, (except VIC and ACT). You should check with the governing body of each state or territory that you may wish to work in for their specific RSA training requirements.

You will be able to complete the course and assessment process online (you will be required to complete a short verbal assessment over the phone), with step by step instructions to help you along the way. Once you have completed the assessments (and they have been marked as ‘Finalised’ by our assessors) and provided a copy of your ID, you will receive an interim certificate and statement of attainment that you can print out and use to:

    1. Work in (most) licensed venues for 90 days, and
  1. Obtain your NSW photo competency card.

To complete your NSW RSA Course online, you’ll need basic computer skills and English language, literacy and numeracy skills. We’ll step you through each part of the course and if you follow the instructions, it is a simple process!
