Here’s How to Make a Bellini

So simple yet delicious, the Bellini is an elegant drink created at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy.

The drink is made up of pureed peaches, Prosecco and Italian sparkling wine giving it the unique pink colour that probably had alot to do with it’s popularity.

It was apparently named after the 15th century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini.
