What to Drink if You’re Trying to Lose Weight

If you’re trying to lose weight you don’t just want to pay attention to what you eat, you also need to be particular about what you drink.

Here are some healthy drinking options that are low in calories, sugar and carbs,

  • A shot of straight unflavoured liquors such as whisky, vodka and tequila. Have it straight or over ice or with sparkling water.
  • Champagne is another option low in calories, with under 90 calories in each glass. It also has less than 1 gram of sugar.
  • If you’re going to have a glass of wine with your meal opt for red wine. It has more calories than liquor or champagne but its good for your health.
