According to The American Centres for Disease Control (CDC) 6 people die everyday from alcohol poisoning in The United States.
Seventy six per cent of these people are aged between 35 to 64, and three of every four are men. Most of these deaths are linked to binge drinking.
The CDC expressed their surprise that most people killed by alcohol poisoning aren’t college students but actually middle aged drinkers.
