Smart Phone Gives a Hangover Pick-me-up Advice

Not-for-profit group Hello Sunday Morning, believes the mobile phone has a role to play in changing people’s binge drinking mentality.

The group has launched an app which will help users take note of how much they are drinking and change dangerous drinking habits.

People are encouraged to complete a questionnaire and then check in once a week to report on their drinking.
