Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for NSW residents

According to national legislation, licensees, serving and security staff must undergo mandatory Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training. Luckily, the OLGR NSW (the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing) has approved an online RSA course which is recognised in NSW. Previously staff in NSW could only undergo traditional face-to-face training which was both costly and time consuming. The new training provided by a handful of selected Registered Training Organisations is cheap, convenient and time saving.

This means that students can be sure they are getting an approved course because the material is supplied by the OLGR NSW. So you know that you are receiving the very best training possible at the highest of standards as set out by the OLGR NSW.

The course will cover such topics as understanding the purpose of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), RSA legislation, the impact of alcohol and alcohol strategies.

The benefits include expert advice and a course designed with the help of industry experts and insiders. Ensuring that you undergo the course will indemnify you from prosecution for working in the alcohol industry without it and in light of the recent alcohol fuelled violence, authorities are not taking RSA breaches lightly.
