This easy Daiquiri recipe is perfect for cooling down on a hot summer afternoon. Apparently with its origins in Havana, Cuba this cocktail delivers on the refreshing, tropical taste.
- 2 mangoes, peeled and flesh roughly chopped
- ½ cup white rum
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
- 4 cups crushed ice
Put everything in a blender and turn it on. Blend until it is very smooth but still frozen. Pour the mixture into stemmed glasses and garnish each with slices of lime and mint or as desired.
