An article on HospitalityMagazine.com.au recently discussed why you should be adding the Italian sparkling wine, Prosecco to your menu.

Prosecco sales have tripled in Australia over the last few years, so its obviously popular amongst consumers. Its popularity has grown at a rate 10 times higher than champagne. Prosecco is a lighter, dryer sparkling wine than champagne and it’s also lower in alcohol content.

A Spritz cocktail suggestion from Zonin on HospitalityMagazine.com.au that is sure to be a hit is the Sorrento Sparkle. Here’s how its made, combine Limoncello and Cointreau in a shaker with ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with lemon.
