Driver 7 Times Over the Limit

policeAnother example of extremely irresponsible drinking and driving behaviour has been demonstrated by a woman in the Hobart suburb of Lauderdale.

The 37 year old driver blew 7 times over the legal blood alcohol limit after police pulled her over for an irratic driving pattern.

The woman recorded a 0.359 blood alcohol reading which resulted in her being disqualified from driving on the spot. Also she will face charges in the Magistrates Court.

As we approach the end of year holidays, police warn that they will be on a Christmas road blitz targeting drink and drug driving, speedng, fatigue, mobile phone use and not using seatbelts.
