CSIRO Health Test – Australians Score a C

Australians haven’t scored too well in a recent CSIRO health test and part of this is due to the high intake of alcohol and junk food.

The health survey also found that people on the NSW north coast have the healthiest eating habits and women overall eat healthier than men.

Part of the poor rating also had to do with a lack of fruits, vegetables and dairy in most of our diets.

More about the survey here.
