Brewers Using Bugs to Dye Beer

Would you drink beer knowing that it had been dyed using bugs? Well if you’re drinking a certain Californian brew, you may be doing just that.

Californian brewers who are trying to distinguish their beer from others are using bugs to change the conventional colour of beer. One brewer has managed to make a pink beer. More here.
