Whenever you’re tempted to drink drive, or serve alcohol to someone who’s driving, consider the devastating consequences.

A crash that claimed the lives of 3 men is a tragic reminder of the consequences of drink driving.

Police believe alcohol was a key contributor in the crash involving a semi-trailer colliding with a mini-van.

The 3 men killed in the crash were between 20 and 40 years of age and were staying at a caravan park nearby. They had left a tavern around 2am in the morning when the crash occurred.

The driver’s side of the van was virtually ripped off, the police said. They described the crash as one of the worst ever seen.
