Make A Salty Dog Cocktail

If you’re like me, you’re always looking for a new cocktail recipe to add to your repertoire. Here’s a versatile recipe that can be made with either gin or vodka and with only 3 ingredients, you can make it anytime because you probably already have everything you need in your bar.

You’ll need,

  • gin
  • fresh grapefruit juice
  • salt

Salt the rim of a glass of your choice.

Add gin or vodka. Gin apparently complements the tartness of the grapefruit but if you prefer vodka, use that instead.

Then just add the grapefruit juice and crushed ice and stir.

The ratios are also flexible so 1:1 grapefruit juice to alcohol or 2:1 if you don’t want it too stro
