Vegetables Earning Their Place on The Cocktail Menu

Healthy eating and drinking is making its way to the bar with various cocktails being added to most venues’ menus that are filled healthy fruits and vegetables.

Whether or not these cocktails are good for your health, they do taste good especially this Arugula cocktail, which can also be made with cilantro or spinach instead.

You’ll need:

  • 60 ml gin
  • 22ml fresh lime juice ounce simple syrup
  • 15ml cup arugula
  • Lime wheel (for serving)

What to do:

  • Mix gin, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker.
  • Fill about halfway with ice.
  • Top with arugula.
  • Cover and shake.
  • Strain into a glass.
  • Garnish.
