According to a recent article on Smh.com.au, business in bars and restaurants is booming. Australians seem to be eating out more, which is good news for the hospitality industry. The weak Australian dollar is also encouraging tourists to go out and spend money.
The post highlighted that hospitality is one of the key drivers of jobs growth in NSW, which has the lowest unemployment rate of any state or territory.
Remember if you’re working in a licensed venue, you must be in possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
